What would be the limitations for MZ ?

Also is there a matching city exteriors for this ? I didn't find it.

How many body types there are in the commercial version ? (I mean normal ones, not zombies)

I can see only two generic, but let's say I want to do a heavier person or skinny, is it possible ? I can see only very fit one in demo.

I'm very interested in this tool, I wonder if there will be future update like more parts or to add facial expressions maybe ?
